*The dipole-type tip offers a 72° protection cone under the coil. Recommended for areas with low lightning incidence.
*2/0 AWG copper cable is recommended for integration (SLY-346-BLK). Considering a maximum electrode installation distance of 3 meters from the tower, approximately 8 meters are used.
Recommendations
- Ensure installation is performed by a trained professional.
- Schedule a maintenance plan to check guy wire tension and tighten hardware.
- Do not install solar panels higher than 6 meters. Check compatibility between solar cells and mounts.
- A structural stress study must be performed when an eccentric load is placed on the tower. This can cause excessive torque and bending, leading to structural failure.
- The tower must be painted in reddish-orange and white, in 7 bands of equal height, starting and ending in reddish-orange (SYSCOM does not provide tower painting services).
- It is recommended to illuminate at least the top of the tower with a red light.
