Highlighted features

The NX0392 button module is one of the peripherals of the Ibernex nurse call system. The three buttons available on the module are illuminated based on configuration and allow for triggering help request calls, urgent assistance calls, and medical alarms.

Another of its main features is to register staff presence in rooms by pressing the corresponding button or by using a 125 KHz RFID identification card.

Note: Certification is required for installation and to request technical support.

Usage example

The connection is made with 2 pairs of UTP cable to any of the room terminals NX0019/B, NX0015 or NX1021.

Normal alarm

Steady Red light

Indicates that there is a normal alarm in the room pending attention; in standby mode, the light is dimmed so that the button can be located quickly in the dark.

Nurse presence

Steady Green light

Indicates that a nurse is in the room. This can be indicated by pressing the green button or by presenting an RFID card; the advantage of the card is that it records which nurse attended the alarm.

Doctor call

Flashing Red and Blue lights

The doctor call or 'code blue' can only be generated with a nurse present in the room.

Doctor presence

Steady Green and Blue lights

Indicates that a doctor is in the room. This can be indicated by pressing the blue button or by presenting an RFID card; the advantage of the card is that it records which doctor attended the alarm.

Module installation

The module includes a frame to be fixed directly to a 2x2 inch square box (not included) and the decorative frame model NX9003 (not included) is placed over it.
