Industrial-grade Ethernet patch cables are manufactured with Category 6A twisted-pair cable for UTP or STP installations. Each cable is pre-terminated to include Category 6A industrial plugs at each end that follow the T568B standard. They include IP65/IP67-rated industrial connectors at both ends or one IP65/IP67-rated industrial connector at one end and an IP20-rated RJ45 connector at the other. Tethered caps must be included on the industrial connectors to protect connectivity in disconnected conditions. An IP65/IP67 rating must be achieved when mated with an IP65/IP67 and NEMA UL Type 12 industrial-grade connector.
