Warranty Policy
SYSCOM adheres to the warranty policies of each brand supplier and/or factory.
The warranty coverage for factory defects and/or malfunctions is 90 days with Syscom. After this period, the warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer. In case of breakage, physical damage to the equipment, and/or damaged packaging, report it within 24 hours of the date of receipt for the claim to the courier service.
