Applications

Light-duty conduit is specially designed for routing electrical cables in applications such as electrical, industrial, residential, and voice and data installations in homes, businesses, etc. Suitable for installations in projects where it will be encased in concrete.

Light-duty conduit is made from a rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compound, with cell classification 12454 in accordance with NMX-E-031. Light-duty conduit is manufactured in accordance with the current NMX-E-012-SCFI standard.

These pipes are joined by the direct interconnection of a thermoformed socket integrated into the pipe, or by means of an injected PVC coupling that facilitates insertion.

Compliance with all of the above fully guarantees the proper functioning of the product, as well as its service life. It meets the highest safety standards and, thanks to its dielectric strength, serves as a good insulator in installations, preventing short circuits and/or electrical potential leakage from the cable to the duct.
