Light-duty conduit pipe is specially designed for routing electrical cables, for use in electrical, industrial, residential, and voice and data installations in homes, businesses, etc. Suitable for installations in projects where it will be covered by concrete.
Light-duty conduit pipe is made from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compound, with cell classification 12454 according to NMX-E-031. The light-duty conduit pipe is manufactured in accordance with the current NMX-E-012-SCFI standard.
These pipes are joined by directly connecting a thermoformed socket integrated into the pipe, or by means of an injected PVC coupling that facilitates insertion.
Compliance with all of the above fully guarantees the correct operation of the product, as well as its service life. It meets the highest safety standards and, thanks to its dielectric strength, serves as a good insulator in installations, preventing short circuits and/or electrical potential leakage from the cable to the conduit.
