Applications

Lightweight conduit pipe is specially designed for routing electrical cables in applications such as electrical, industrial, domestic, voice, and data installations in homes, businesses, etc. Suitable for installations in projects where it will be encased in concrete.

Lightweight conduit pipe is made from a non-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compound with a classification cell of 12454 in accordance with NMX-E-031.

Lightweight conduit pipe is manufactured in accordance with the current NMX-E-012-SCFI standard.

These pipes are joined by means of direct interconnection using a thermoformed socket integrated into the pipe, or by means of an injected PVC coupling that facilitates insertion.

Compliance with all of the above fully guarantees the correct performance of the product, as well as its service life. It meets the highest safety standards, and thanks to its dielectric strength, it acts as a good insulator in installations, preventing short circuits and/or electrical potential leaks from the cable to the duct.
