Light-duty conduit is specially designed for routing electrical cables in uses such as residential, commercial, and industrial electrical, voice, and data installations. Suitable for installations in projects where it will be covered by concrete.
Light-duty conduit is made from a rigid Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) compound with a 12454 cell classification in accordance with NMX-E-031. The light-duty conduit is manufactured in accordance with the current NMX-E-012-SCFI standard.
The joining of these pipes is carried out through the direct interconnection of a thermoformed socket integrated into the pipe, or by means of an injected PVC coupling that facilitates insertion.
Compliance with all of the above fully guarantees the correct functioning of the product, as well as its service life. It meets the highest safety standards and, thanks to its dielectric strength, it is a good insulator in installations, preventing short circuits and/or electrical potential leakage from the cable to the conduit.
