Load Center Kit with Transient Surge Suppressor and AC Thermal Circuit Breaker
The KIT is recommended for use in photovoltaic systems for AC protection; its primary application is for interconnection systems between the inverter and the load center. The thermal circuit breaker is 400 Vac, 40 A, 2-pole, intended for protecting 2 phases or one phase and one neutral.

Application
Connect the black cables to the thermal circuit breakers, splicing them with the 2 phases going to the inverter; route the white cable to neutral-physical ground.
It can also be used in a distribution board for the protection of electronic equipment.

When a discharge occurs in the power grid, the suppressor will sustain damage. When the discharge is of greater intensity than indicated in the technical data sheet and carries sufficient accumulated heat and voltage, the suppressor will open a hole of approximately one inch in the bottom of the casing and expel hot silicon and pieces of plastic, performing its maximum blocking function to protect the circuit.
Use this AC voltage surge restrictor before your inverter. This will prevent damage due to current spikes caused by unexpected electrical discharges.
