General Description

The Ranger Intelliscan Eight-Zone uses a unique continuous wave multiple sensor; an integrated processor analyzes data from several sensors individually. It features an alarm display panel which shows the opening of the arch, displaying six separate detection zones. The Intelliscan Eight-Zone uses self-diagnostics that monitor environmental electronics, interference conditions, and metal overload. The alarm display panel includes a twelve-segment signal strength bar graph that provides an indication of the object's size and strength. Intelliscan eliminates common detector problems such as false alarms, uneven detection, external interference, and inconsistent operation.
