Description
The SK-NXR-1000F interface is a harness that facilitates the process of adding licenses to NXR-1700 and NXR-1800 repeaters via serial connection using Kenwood's License Management Client (KPT-300) software.
Using this procedure, it is possible to remove the license within 72 hours of having loaded it.
The harness is manufactured with a DB-25 Male connector that allows for direct connection to the rear of the repeater. The other end has a DB-9 Female connector; therefore, it is recommended to also use a serial-to-USB cable for connection to the computer.
Note: It is necessary to use a USB to DB-9 Male serial cable, such as the one included with the SPUPLUS or TXUSBDB9, in conjunction with this.
