The Lutron Maestro 0-10 V dimmer with occupancy sensor combines a dimmer for 0-10 V electronic fluorescent ballasts and LED drivers with an occupancy or vacancy sensor into a single wall-mounted device. It detects the heat of moving people using passive infrared with XCT technology, which senses even fine movements like flipping through a book, and turns the lighting on or off automatically. It is ideal for private offices and restrooms where energy savings are desired without sacrificing comfort, and it helps meet energy codes like California Title 24. It works in single-pole or 3-way installations. Wall plate is not included; consider a Lutron Claro plate such as the CW-1-WH.
