Featured Characteristics
-
Audio compatibility: Microphone audio is only compatible with recorders with two-way audio.
-
Two-way communication: The camera has a built-in microphone and speaker, which does not require additional cables to transmit audio and video. We can have two-way communication from the App (Hik-Connect) using the DVR as an intermediary for interconnection.
-
Recorder compatibility: Two-way audio is only compatible with HIKVISION XT series and EX-8000 series DVRs (e.g., IDS-7204HUHI/XT/T EX-8004TURBO).
-
Audio range: The two-way audio function has an effective range of up to 5 meters. Be sure to place the camera in a strategic location to maximize sound clarity and ensure fluid communication.
-
Recorder distance: For the 2-way audio function, the maximum supported distance between the recorder and the camera is 120 meters.
-
Dual Light: The Dual Light function allows the camera, when in night mode (with IR on), to activate its white light to record in color when an event occurs (motion detection, line crossing, area entry). Communication to activate white light works only in TVI (TURBOHD) mode and with recorders from the ACUSENSE series, HIKVISION XT series, and epcom EX series.
