Siemon's 'TERA' fully shielded end-to-end cabling solution is the most secure and highest-performing twisted-pair copper cabling system available. The Siemon TERA E10 S/FTP cable perfectly complements the performance of the TERA Jack and exceeds all ISO/IEC requirements for transmission quality in Category 7A/Class FA.
It is a fully shielded cable with individual foils around each pair, along with an outer braided shield that provides perfect coverage and immunity from external interference. Furthermore, the cable jacket is rated to work in high-temperature environments, up to 75°C. In remote power (PoE) application environments, this cable can be installed in conditions up to 60°C without experiencing degradation due to heat buildup inside the cable.
