Category 6A cable is constructed of 23 AWG copper conductors with FEP insulation. The copper conductors are twisted in pairs and separated by a cross-divider. The four pairs are wrapped with a non-conductive AXT barrier tape and a flame-retardant PVC (CMP) jacket.
