General Description

Opti-Core™ fiber optic cable for passive optical LAN applications meets the common requirements for 1 and 2 fiber cables for passive optical networks. These indoor Single-mode OS2 cables use a yellow thermoplastic (OFNR/FT4) Riser-rated outer jacket; aramid strength members and are bend-insensitive in accordance with ITU G.657.A1/G.652.D with a 900µm tight-buffered design. This construction allows the cable to meet the installation and performance requirements typically found in PON architectures.
