General Features

Category 6A/Class EA UTP patch cords are constructed with 24 AWG twisted pair copper cable with an enhanced performance modular plug on each end. The copper conductors in the patch cord are twisted in pairs and separated by a central cross-filler. The four pairs are surrounded by matrix tape and a flame-retardant jacket. The patented matrix tape suppresses alien crosstalk and enables 10 Gb/s transmission. The patch cord is offered in multiple colors and lengths for design flexibility, with a strain relief boot on each modular plug. All patch cords are compatible with T568A and T568B wiring schemes.
