Requirements

• Be registered as a SYSCOM integrator.
• A computer or laptop with a webcam and RJ-45 port, preferably with Windows, with Google Chrome web browser and Wireshark installed.
• A Gmail test account and an account on GDMS (https://www.gdms.cloud/login)
• Smartphone/tablet with Grandstream Wave softphone
• Complete GCS Certification prior to the course (online and free: Certify here)
• Possess the equipment included in the course (1 GCC and 2 IP phones).
