Light-duty conduit pipe is specially designed for routing electrical cables in applications such as industrial, domestic, and voice and data electrical installations in residential homes, commercial buildings, etc. Suitable for installations in construction projects where it will be encased in concrete.
Light-duty conduit pipe is manufactured using a non-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compound with a 12454 classification cell in accordance with NMX-E-031. The light-duty conduit pipe is manufactured in accordance with the current NMX-E-012-SCFI standard.
The joining of these pipes is carried out through the direct interconnection of a thermoformed sleeve integrated into the pipe, or by means of an injected PVC coupling that facilitates insertion.
Compliance with all of the above fully guarantees the correct operation of the product, as well as its service life. It meets the highest safety standards, and thanks to its dielectric strength, it acts as a good insulator in installations, preventing short circuits and/or electrical potential leakage from the cable to the conduit.
