Lightweight conduit pipe is specially designed for routing electrical cables in applications such as residential, commercial, industrial, and voice and data electrical installations. Suitable for construction projects where it will be covered by concrete.
The lightweight conduit pipe is made from an unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compound with a 12454 classification cell in accordance with NMX-E-031. The lightweight conduit pipe is manufactured in accordance with the current NMX-E-012-SCFI standard.
These pipes are joined through the direct interconnection of a thermoformed sleeve integrated into the pipe, or by means of an injected PVC coupling that facilitates insertion.
Compliance with all of the above fully guarantees the proper functioning of the product, as well as its service life. It meets the highest safety standards and, thanks to its dielectric strength, serves as a good insulator in installations, preventing short circuits and/or electrical potential leaks from the cable to the conduit.
