RS232 to RS485 Converter

The RS232-RS485 converter is designed to convert signals between an RS232 interface and an RS485 interface. It is often used for CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL, and industrial applications. In 2-wire 'Half-Duplex' (RS485) mode, the converter can control the direction of transmission on the bus via data flow. In this case, the converter is responsible for automatically determining the bus reversal based on the direction of the transmitted data. Thus, it can be used to connect equipment where management is not performed via flow control. The maximum data rate is 115.2 Kbit/s.
