Applications

Lightweight conduit piping is specially designed for electrical cable routing, for uses such as industrial, residential, and commercial electrical installations, as well as voice and data systems. Suitable for installations in construction projects where it will be covered by concrete.

Lightweight conduit piping is made from an unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compound with a 12454 classification cell in accordance with NMX-E-031.

Lightweight conduit piping is manufactured in accordance with the current NMX-E-012-SCFI standard.

These pipes are joined via the direct interconnection of a thermoformed socket integrated into the pipe, or by means of an injected PVC coupling that facilitates insertion.

Compliance with all of the above fully guarantees the proper functioning of the product, as well as its service life. It meets the highest safety standards and, thanks to its dielectric strength, serves as a good insulator in installations, preventing short circuits and/or electrical potential leaks from the cable to the duct.
