Lightweight conduit piping is specially designed for routing electrical cables in applications such as industrial, residential, and voice and data installations in homes, businesses, etc. Suitable for construction installations where it will be covered by concrete.
The lightweight conduit pipe is made from a rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compound, with a 12454 classification cell in accordance with NMX-E-031.
The lightweight conduit pipe is manufactured in accordance with the current NMX-E-012-SCFI standard.
These pipes are joined by means of direct interconnection using a thermoformed socket integrated into the pipe, or by means of an injected PVC coupling that facilitates insertion.
Compliance with all of the above fully guarantees the correct operation of the product, as well as its service life. It meets the highest safety standards, and thanks to its dielectric strength, it acts as a good insulator in installations, preventing short circuits and/or electrical potential leaks from the cable to the duct.
