To locate and manage your fusion splicer, you must request portal access by sending an email to redes@syscom.mx with the following information:
- Full name
- Contact phone number
- Email address
- Fusion splicer serial number
- Fusion splicer invoice (attached)
Once your user account has been created, you will be able to access the portal for GPS location of the equipment and remote management at the following link:

How to request free remote training after purchasing your fusion splicer?
To schedule your training, follow these simple steps:

Send an email to: redes@syscom.mx
Attach the purchase invoice for your fusion splicer. - In the same email, propose a date and time when you are available for the training.
- Once sent, you will receive a confirmation email with the assigned date and time.
It is important that you confirm your attendance by replying to that email. - Finally, join the training at the indicated date and time, using the Google Meet link that will be provided.
