The MAS range of single-door steel wall-mount enclosures, with an IP66 protection rating, is available in many different sizes. This range of enclosures is ideal for many different applications. The risk of component failure, and the resulting unnecessary downtime, is eliminated as water and dust are prevented from entering the enclosure.
Main features
- Body: Folded and seam welded. Four 8.5 mm diameter holes for wall fixing, pressed out in 20.4 mm diameter × 2 mm depressions, to allow for air circulation around the back of the enclosure.
- Door: Surface mounted with 130-degree opening; removable concealed hinges with captive pin
- Door: Hinges can be mounted to allow for left or right-hand opening.
- Door: M6 internal welded studs for mounting MMDP door profiles
- Door: Sealing is ensured by a single-piece injected polyurethane gasket.
- Lock: Custom lock with double bit for easy door opening
- Gland plate: Located at the rear end of the enclosure, to facilitate wiring to the mounting plate.
- Mounting plate: The mounting plate is marked vertically at 10 mm intervals, for easy horizontal positioning of equipment.
