The MAS range of single-door steel wall-mount enclosures, with an IP66 protection rating, is available in many different sizes. This range of enclosures is ideal for many different applications. The risk of component failure, and the resulting unnecessary downtime, is eliminated as water and dust are prevented from entering the enclosure.
Key Features
- Body: Folded and seam-welded. Four 8.5 mm diameter holes for wall mounting, pressed out in 20.4 mm diameter × 2 mm depressions, to allow air circulation around the back of the enclosure.
- Door: Surface mounted with 130-degree opening; removable hidden hinges with captive pin.
- Door: Hinges can be mounted to allow left or right-hand opening.
- Door: Internal M6 welded studs for mounting MMDP door profiles.
- Door: Sealing is ensured by a one-piece injected polyurethane gasket.
- Lock: Customized double-bit lock for easy door opening.
- Gland plate: Located at the rear bottom of the enclosure, to facilitate wiring to the mounting plate.
- Mounting plate: The mounting plate is marked vertically at 10 mm intervals, to facilitate horizontal equipment positioning.
- Mounting plate: Holes are provided at the top and bottom to facilitate cable fastening.
