Siemon's Z-PLUG line offers fast, flexible field-terminated high-performance male connectors for direct connections to wireless access points, security cameras, LED lights, distributed antenna systems (DAS), automation devices, and any other IP application with PoE (Power over Ethernet) supported RJ45 devices, leveraging new trends like IoT or smart buildings.
Z-PLUG connectors exceed all Category 6A performance requirements and can be used with shielded, unshielded, solid, and stranded cables for maximum flexibility.
The plugs are UL 2043 compliant for use in "plenum" air handling spaces, and can be terminated without the boot for locations with limited depth, such as security cameras and access points.
