Tool for Panduit TX6A TG Jacks and Field Terminated Plugs

The Category 6A UTP field-terminated RJ45 connector is an easy-to-connect field plug for 4-pair unshielded twisted-pair cable. Providing Category 6A performance, it is compatible with Category 5e and 6 systems on 22 to 26 AWG conductors. The plug is available in straight and angled versions and uses the TG termination tool to optimize performance and properly maintain cable geometry.

• Cat6A/Class EA performance: exceeds ANSI/TIA 568-C.2 Category 6A and ISO 11801 Class EA minimum performance requirements for two field-terminated connections. Exceeds TIA-proposed requirements for MPTL testing with a maximum of two field-terminated connections.
• Cable compatibility: compatible with 4-pair, 22 to 26 AWG solid or stranded unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) cable, with a conductor diameter of 1.52 mm and an overall cable diameter of 5.08 to 8.38 mm.
