*The dipole-type tip offers a 72° protection cone below the coil. Recommended for low lightning incidence zones.
*2/0 gauge copper cable is recommended for integration (SLY-346-BLK). Considering an electrode installation at a maximum of 3 meters from the tower, approximately 8 meters are used.
Recommendations
- Ensure the installation is performed by a trained professional
- Schedule a maintenance plan to check guy wire tension and tighten hardware
- Do not install solar panels at a height greater than 6 meters. Check compatibility between solar cells and mounts
- A stress study must be performed when placing an eccentric load on the tower. This can cause excessive torsion and bending in the tower, leading to structural failure
- The tower must be painted in red-orange and white, in 7 stripes of equal height, starting and ending with red-orange (SYSCOM does not perform tower painting)
- It is recommended to illuminate the tower at least at the tip with a red lamp
Note: The use of non-original installation accessories voids the equipment warranty, and any additional adaptation is the responsibility of the installer.
