Recommendations

  • Ensure the installation is performed by a trained professional
  • Schedule a maintenance plan for checking guy tension and adjusting hardware
  • Do not install solar panels at heights over 6 meters. Check compatibility between solar cells and mounts
  • A stress analysis must be performed when an eccentric load is placed on the tower. This can cause excessive torsion and bending in the tower, leading to structural failure
  • The tower must be painted in orange-red and white, in 7 stripes of equal height, starting and ending with orange-red (SYSCOM does not provide tower painting services)
  • It is recommended to illuminate the tower at least at the tip with a red lamp
