Alternatively, you can quote the following grounding or lightning rod components individually:
* The use of 4 AWG coated copper cable (SLY-287-GRN) is recommended for grounding from the electrode to the tower. For equipment on the tower, 6 AWG cable may be used (SLY-291-GRN).
Recommendations:
- Ensure that the installation is carried out by a trained professional
- Schedule a maintenance plan to check guy wire tension and tighten hardware
- Do not install solar panels at a height greater than 6 meters. Check compatibility between solar cells and mounts
- A stress study must be performed when an eccentric load is placed on the tower. This can cause excessive torsion and bending in the tower, leading to structural failure
- The tower must be painted in orange-red and white, in 7 stripes of equal height, starting and ending with orange-red (SYSCOM does not perform tower painting work)
- It is recommended to illuminate the tower, at least at the top, with a red lamp
