Powering a bunch of access points or IP cameras and a few uplinks on a tower has never been easier. The netPower 16P has 16 Gigabit Ethernet ports with PoE output and two SFP+ ports for 10G fiber uplinks.
Its rugged and compact outdoor enclosure allows the switch to be mounted in all kinds of environments, from attics and damp shafts to towers, masts, and poles with hose clamps.
The netPower 16P has a non-blocking throughput of 36 Gbps, switching capacity of 72 Gbps, and a forwarding rate of 53.6 Mpps.
The device itself does not have a built-in voltage converter. You need a 24V power supply to have 24V PoE output and/or a 48V power supply for 48V PoE output (IEEE 802.3 at/af).
The power supply is NOT included with the product. You are welcome to use your preferred power option, such as a battery, etc. Also compatible with MikroTik 24HPOW, 48POW, and 48V2A96W power supplies.
The device comes with a preinstalled and licensed operating system. No separate purchase is necessary and the product is ready to use. The device includes free software updates for the life of the product or a minimum of 5 years from the date of purchase.
