Pyroelectric sensor
Sees the human form. Ignores the rest.
A cat jumps off the couch. The heater turns on. The FLX-S-ST doesn't react. Its pyroelectric sensor was custom-designed to recognize the human silhouette. The detection element adapts its sensitivity to the height and proportion of a person. Thus, where other sensors yell "intruder" at a 25 kg pet, the FlipX remains silent. And when there is actually someone where they shouldn't be, the alarm triggers without hesitation.
180° rotatable lens
One turn. Two sensors in one.
You remove the housing. You rotate the lens 180 degrees. In seconds, the sensor that covered an entire room now protects an 18-meter hallway. No tools. No configuration. No buying another model. FlipX's rotatable lens is the answer for sites where detection needs change between open spaces and corridors. The same product, two coverage patterns. Inventory is simplified. Installation is too.
Spherical lens
No blind spots. No surprises.
Each detection beam has a focal length calculated with precision over the pyroelectric element. The FLX-S-ST spherical lens is not a generic dome: it is an optical component designed so that sensitivity is uniform in every centimeter of the detection field. The intruder who sneaks along the wall receives the same attention as one walking through the center. No dead zones where the sensor loses definition. Even coverage, from edge to edge.
Installation
Mount it. Turn it on. The green LED confirms.
You open the box, fix the base to the wall between 2.0 and 3.0 meters high, connect the cable, and close it. The green LED tells you it is alive and working. If you need to change the detection pattern, you turn the housing lock 180 degrees, rotate the lens, and you're done. No programming, no confusing DIP switches, no calling support. In residential installations where time is money, the FLX-S-ST is finished before your coffee gets cold.
