Warranty Policy

The warranty coverage for factory defects and/or malfunctions is 90 days with Syscom. After this period, the warranty is handled directly with the manufacturer. In case of breakage, physical damage to the equipment, and/or damaged packaging, report it within 24 hours of the delivery date for a claim to the shipping company.
