General Description
The TSJ6A surge suppressor is a solid-state, high-current device designed to protect equipment from transient overvoltages on telephone lines with RJ-11 connectors using pins 3 and 4. It provides continuous bipolar and bidirectional protection without interruption.
The device is installed in series with the load to be protected and features a 12' cable to ground the system (required for proper suppression). It uses silicon avalanche suppressor diodes as its sole suppression technology and resets automatically after each event without degradation of its capabilities.

Installation Information

- Green 20 AWG ground wire (must be connected to the same grounding system as the protected equipment)
