The SmartOne C is a GPS satellite tracking device designed by Globalstar for remote asset monitoring and tracking applications, especially in environments where there is no cellular coverage.

It operates exclusively via the Globalstar (LEO) satellite constellation, making it a reliable solution for tracking assets in isolated locations or moving through rural, maritime, or desert areas.

Satellite activation and usage

For activation and renewal, it is necessary to send an email to Licencias@syscom.mx with the following information:

• Attach the ACTIVACIONGS invoice (in case the device does not have service)
• Attach the SIMPLEXGS invoice
• Device serial number

Alternative route

To use a route other than EPCOMGPS, you must contact the Engineering department to receive the communication protocol to develop your platform to receive equipment data, as well as a document to add the route.
