The 5881ENH is a Honeywell 5881EN series radio frequency receiver, designed for control panels that accept the connection of an RF receiver via keypad terminals. It receives alarm, status, and control signals from 345 MHz 5800 series wireless transmitters and translates them into panel zones; the number of available zones depends on the panel used. Its spatial diversity system reduces reception dead spots, and, with DIP switch 5 set to ON, it can be used in approved commercial fire installations; the front and back tamper for commercial burglary use is exclusive to the 5881ENHC variant, not this model. It is used in residential and commercial security systems that require expanded wireless coverage.
