LoRaWAN ecosystem: What do you need to get started?
LoRaWAN sensors operate remotely and in real time, but they require three elements to function:
1. LoRaWAN Sensor
The device that captures the data (temperature, humidity, motion, etc.)
2. LoRaWAN Gateway
Receives the signal from the sensors and sends it to the internet. Coverage varies by model: from 2 km in urban areas up to 15 km in open fields.
