Water detection
Two seconds between a leak and a disaster.
Place it under sinks, toilets, water heaters, or washing machines. The SFWST612 detects a water film of just 0.4 mm and transmits the alarm to the panel in less than 2 seconds. Before the leak turns into a costly repair, you'll already know.
Freeze protection
Pipes burst in silence. This sensor doesn't.
When the ambient temperature drops to 5°C, the sensor triggers a freeze alarm. It automatically restores at 7°C. Two independent loops in one device: flood and freeze, each reporting to its own zone on the panel.
Integration and autonomy
Install it and forget it for 5 years.
Compatible with Honeywell and PRO4GLTEM panels. 345 MHz wireless transmission, no wires or complex configurations. The 3V CR2450 lithium battery lasts approximately 5 years under normal operation. Place, link, and you're done.
