The RBS is a 10.1' touch screen panel used to manage conference rooms. It is configured centrally with the ATEN RBS Configurator software and integrates with calendar servers such as Microsoft 365 Calendar, Google Workspace Calendar, and Microsoft Exchange Server. It allows for booking rooms, extending or releasing their use, and checking reservation schedules. Administrators can view the availability of all rooms in real-time and manage each panel from anywhere. The VK430 features Power over Ethernet (PoE) and two LED bars that indicate the room's availability status. It has an elegant housing compatible with 75*75 mm VESA mounts. It comes with a wall-mount kit and 3M VHB™ tape for easy installation. It is compatible with ATEN Unizon to automate actions and log room usage. Accessories such as the power adapter and power cord are sold separately.
